Reservations
We accept reservations by telephone but to your own benefit a reservation has to be confirmed either by letter, fax or e-mail. This is your guarantee that the reservation has been done at the agreed conditions. In case of late arrival (after 22.00), we kindly ask you to inform us. -
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations made up to four weeks before your arrival are free of charge.
After this time limit cancellation fees of 75% of the total price will be required.
Within four weeks the cancellation of maximum 5 rooms up to 7 days before your arrival is free of charge.
Within 7 days until the previous day of your arrival (18.00) the cancellation of maximum 3 rooms is free of charge.
For cancellations made beyond these periods 100% of the total price will be charged.
A cancellation is only valid, if the cancellation has been confirmed in written form on part of the hotel. Without written confirmation, the cancellation has to be considered as not accomplished cancellation.

Reservations made for this period of time are guaranteed bookings and will be charged from your credit card immediately.
Austrian law and Austrian hotel terms of contract (ÖHVB - german) are valid.
